Problem:
Pratt Industries in Staten Island, NY needed room to consolidate personnel and make room for printing machinery in one area of their plant. They needed to make the office space bigger and make room for new high-tech equipment.
Solution:
They called Specialized Storage Solutions to design a two-story modular office mezzanine with modular electric and lighting to make the best use of their available space. We tiled their floor and furnished a new stair and landing for access to the upper level, while leaving them ample room to put in their printing machinery on the first floor.
Result:
Specialized Storage Solutions will be returning sometime in the future to install another modular building and to repair an existing structure damaged by fork lift traffic.
