Problem:
Amerlux, located in Fairfield, NJ was moving out of their facility into a new one and needed to replace (5) existing dock seals in order to return the building back to the landlord in its original condition.
Solution:
They contacted Specialized Storage Solutions and we arranged to have the existing seals taken down and scrapped while Amerlux was still in the building . We then arranged with the landlord to have the new seals delivered, locked inside the building, and installed even though the customer was no longer in the facility.
Result:
The landlord received an excellent quality product, Amerlux received their security deposit, and both were pleased with the end result. Amerlux will now be using Specialized Storage Solutions for other projects in their new facility.
