Problem:
Medtronic, formerly Osteotech, needed a way to rearrange and maximize their tight storage spaces in the basement of their facility because their new equipment required them to store so many spare parts.
Solution:
The facility’s engineering manager called Specialized Storage Solutions into proposing a solution and we recommended Burroughs high-density storage and modular drawers to make the best use of the space.
Result:
Medtronic now has reorganized its maintenance storage areas with five high-density storage systems and has worked with Specialized Storage Solutions since 1995 to make their production, cleanroom, and warehouse spaces more efficient. We have designed and furnished numerous areas with stainless steel tables, wire shelving, and have even installed a mobile shelving system for the file room.
