Problem:
Montgomery City Ride needed more office and warehouse space in their existing building because they had to move more people into space.
Solution:
Specialized Storage Solutions convened with the building owner, the general contractor, and the customer to assess the need, and came up with the idea of using a Strongbox structural mezzanine to hold shelving, Portafab modular offices, and Wire Crafters partition securing an area below for the same. We needed to design footings and furnish stamped/sealed drawings for the general contractor, and the project was completed successfully.
