Thales Avionics needed to consolidate two facilities into one and move equipment from both locations into a smaller building.

They called upon Specialized Storage Solutions to examine their entire inventory, meet with all the department heads to determine their needs, and come up with a logical workable plan to meet the tight timeframe. What started out as a project for a simple 800 SF mezzanine evolved into a 3,000 SF Triboro Shelving supported mezzanine, knockdown and scrapping of existing equipment, and move of vertical carousels.

Thales was able to fit all of the inventory from both locations and get an additional 20% growth into the mezzanine. We installed a Giant vertical lift (VRC), moved and reerected two carousels from Seattle, WA, and reerected existing shelving on the mezzanine.
