Problem:
Sutherland Packaging in Andover, NJ bought a new automated printer and needed to enclose it to prevent dust contamination during the printing process. The area needed to be temperature and humidity controlled and had to be installed within a confined area in the middle of their facility within a very tight 4 week timeframe. They contacted Panel Built, a modular wall manufacturer, who in turn contacted their local distributor, Specialized Storage Solutions.
Solution:
Specialized Storage worked with Sutherland Packaging to develop specifications for a Panel Built modular enclosure that gave them accessibility to the printer, maximum visibility for new customers to see it in operation, and an aesthetically pleasing structure. SSS installers framed the 14’H walls in the tight area and worked over a 7-day period to complete the job for them in a timely, efficient manner.
Result:
The customer is elated with the final product and will be able to bring in many customers over the years to see the latest innovations in printing capabilities.
